Not every example of this type, but it's one..I know a few who are vaccinated, and feeling basically safe to not wear (As fleeting as that may be, whatever for this point).
But they also have un-vaccinated kids they're trying to set an example to. Kids under 16 is a huge swathe, include age groups where example setting is key to have them join in.
Out of it is born an interesting mixture of slightly lazy example setting where they're safe feeling enough to not remember proper etiquette.
It isn't that they're stupid, or being weird. They're just a minority, feeling the strains of doing something for a massive amount of time that they now don't have to with quite as much veracity, with some degree of extended safety.
I don't think they'll stop until their kids are vaccinated, which means you might catch them in moments where they don't feel endangered, or in danger, so are continuing the wearing with additional fatigued lazy.
Regardless, what does it have to do with you? I'd rather they exist than your pointless tiny village critique of anything that isn't what you're doing.
Imagine an instance where someone isn't you, who also isn't wrong.. Just imagine..

It makes interesting accessories that provide a lazy model, not forgetting the rules of etiquette, while maintaining safety.
Not that they are stupid or weird. They take less time, feel the burden for a long time to do something, and then they don’t need precision and safety.
I don’t think they will stop until they vaccinate their children so you can keep them safe or secure, so always dress very lazily.
However, what does this have to do with you? I want it to be, not just meaningless little comments about what you do in the city.
