There was an Old Man with a gong,
Who bumped at it all the day long;

So they smashed that Old Man with a gong.
After
This is an old man with a whip,
Those who persecute you day after day;
But they said, “Oh my God!
"You're a serious old exercise!"
So they beat the old man with a whip.
